About XICBE 2.0

XICBE 2.0 — the Xavier International Conference on Business and Environment — is the flagship international academic conference of Xavier Business School (XBS), St. Xavier's University, Kolkata. Building on the success of the inaugural edition, XICBE 2.0 brings together researchers, academicians, industry leaders, and policymakers from across the globe.

The conference provides a premier interdisciplinary platform for the presentation and discussion of cutting-edge research at the intersection of business, technology, and environmental sustainability. XICBE 2.0 is designed to foster meaningful dialogue, collaborative research, and actionable insights that contribute to India's journey toward becoming a smarter, greener, and more inclusive economy.

Selected papers will be considered for publication in our confirmed publishing partners: Business Perspectives and Research (BPR) and Management and Labour Studies (MLS) — both Scopus & ABDC indexed, published by SAGE — Empirical Economics Letters (ABDC indexed), and our own Xavier Journal of Economics, Business & Policy Research (XJEBPR).
